Our Injection Factory Capabilities
Founded in 2008, our factory is equipped with 15 injection molding machines of various capacities, with the largest machine boasting a
1228-ton capacity. This setup enables us to manufacture plastic parts up to 1.5 meters by 1.2 meters in size. Our facility is versatile, capable of producing a wide array of products, including sanitary parts, sports equipment, electronics, and automotive components. Additionally, we accommodate custom requests, such as plastic containers and other specialized items.
Peak Production Periods
Our busiest production periods are from March to June and September to January, during which we complete approximately 70 molds per month. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
