Upon completion of mold fabrication, we conduct a thorough pre-production testing phase to ensure dimensional accuracy. Samples are sent to customers for final approval. In case of any discrepancies, adjustments are made to the mold or molding parameters, followed by retesting. Upon customer approval, raw material procurement and quality inspections are carried out. The production process includes material mixing, molding, trimming, with multiple inspections for quality control. Assembly and packaging are then arranged, and upon completion of the entire order, a packing list is sent to the customer for shipment coordination.
